The new device is very small and light. It allows all the movements of the quarter rails to be monitored and evaluated immediately during machining. A single operator monitors the entire process and initiates targeted rail removal where required, eliminating marking and inspection time. The track break is fully utilised for shunting operations. The system operates wirelessly and is ready to use when switched on. It also visualises and stores the release phase. It automatically generates the "certification" of the work carried out in real time.
